Day 1 of the diet begins:

Gym 2 - 3 times a week for 1 1/2 hours; Cheer practice 1 time 2 hours; I’m going onto a raw vegan diet.

I’m determined to lose 10 - 15 pounds, enough is enough, come on willpower kick in.
